Use of customer information
Submitting an inquiry through our contact forms constitutes explicit consent to receive the requested information, as well as special promotions and news that may be of interest.
This website will not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal information, including name, postal address, email address or any other information provided to us, without express written permission, unless disclosure is required by a lawful court order.
Users who wish to unsubscribe from our communications may use the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email or contact publicidad@host-n-web.com requesting removal from our mailing list and deletion of their personal information. The request will take effect within a period not exceeding 72 hours.

Service policy
GOOGLE ADS ADVERTISING: The service offered by Host-n-Web.com is limited to the publication, exposure and positioning of the advertiser's ads on Google.com according to the required geographic location and the contracted service level, always managed and administered by our specialized Google Partner certified team.
Host-n-Web.com does not guarantee sales conversions and/or service contracts resulting from interested users or contacts during the advertising period. For management plans where advertising spend is paid directly by the client, access to the advertising account will be provided under a read-only model in order to protect the campaign configuration and maintain transparency. For management plans with all-inclusive costs (PyMES, Premium and Premium+ plans), system access will remain restricted because these campaigns are managed through multi-user accounts and third-party access is not possible for privacy and security reasons.
Account migrations, ownership and transfer of title may be subject to restrictions and will only be available when the billing for the account is registered in the client's name. When the advertising account is paid for by the agency, migration will not be possible; however, transfer of the campaign configuration to a new account created by the client may be possible depending on the conditions established in the corresponding service agreement.
Limitation of liability for data storage and management
In the event of unforeseen situations or circumstances beyond our control, including climatic, social or military events, government restrictions or any external circumstance affecting the loading or availability of website files and/or email, the company will not be liable for the partial or total loss of stored information. Clients are advised to maintain periodic backup copies of their content.
The client also acknowledges that all technological systems may be subject to unexpected failures, service interruptions, software errors, server failures, hardware damage, security vulnerabilities or other technical incidents that may compromise the integrity of hosted information. Although we maintain reasonable security and operational continuity standards, the company does not guarantee the permanence or recovery of data and does not provide compensation for data loss resulting from such events. Backup of digital materials remains the sole responsibility of the client.
Backup communication by email
Due to the critical importance of email communications, we strongly recommend maintaining an alternative email account. In force majeure situations or technical failures that temporarily affect our email services, an alternative email address will allow you to remain in contact with your customers and with us while we work to resolve the situation.
Promotion policy
Promotions or offers will remain pending activation for a maximum period of one month (30 calendar days) from the date payment is confirmed by our Sales Department. After this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time by issuing a credit note for the total amount paid or by applying the corresponding deductions where activation has been partial or temporary.
The Online Potential Study promotion includes a basic analysis of the website to be advertised as well as a performance report based on business potential and competition.

We reserve the right to adjust our service conditions at any time. We therefore encourage users and customers to review these terms periodically in order to remain informed about the current policies applicable to their contracted services.
